Closing Reception
The closing reception will take place on January 17 from approximately 6:30-9:30pm. The closing reception costs $100.
European Zebrafish Society Discount
Members of the European Zebrafish Society, but are not members of the International Zebrafish Society, are offered the member rate for the 18th IZFC! EZS members should select non-member registration and will be prompted later in the online registration process if they are members of the EZS and would like the IZFS member rate.
Cancellation Policy
Full refunds, less a 5% processing fee, will be granted if submitted by December 10, 2025. No refunds will be granted after December 10, 2025. Cancellation and refund requests should be sent in writing via email to info@izfs.org. Delegates will receive a confirmation and refund within 21 days of receipt of their cancellation notice.
Registration is non-transferable.
