Types of Registration:
Virtual Registration (On-demand only)
The virtual registration fee includes on-demand access to recordings of all oral presentations. Live stream access to presentations will not be available. On demand access to recorded talks will be available approximately 2 weeks after the close of the conference through the fully integrated mobile app/virtual platform, which includes the abstract book and ample opportunities to virtually interact with speakers, other attendees and sponsors. Virtual attendees will not have access to poster presentations, but will be able contact presenters through the app to ask questions. On-demand content will be available through October 13, 2025. Financial assistance is also available to virtual registrants.

Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will only be granted, less a 10% processing fee, for the cancellation of in-person or virtual meeting registration, if received in writing within 3 business days from the time of the registration.
After that time, In-person registration may only be reduced to virtual registration and virtual registration will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
Changes to registration
- If you wish to change your virtual registration to in-person registration and/or add a meal plan and/or add a t-shirt to an existing registration, you may do so by completing a registration form and emailing the form to info@izfs.org. Please do not send your credit card information via email.
- If you wish to change your in-person registration to virtual registration, IZFS will grant a refund, less the difference of the virtual only registration rate, and less a 5% change fee. The change fee will also apply to any refunded meal plans and t-shirt purchases.
No refunds will be granted after May 28, 2025 Cancellation and refund requests should be sent in writing via email to info@izfs.org. Delegates will receive a confirmation and refund within 21 days of receipt of their cancellation notice.
