Zebrafish Research is Expanding in the Middle East!

A new Zebrafish Facility at Gulf Medical University in the United Arab Emirates doubles the number of zebrafish research groups in the country.  This facility was launched at the Thumbay Research Institute for Precision Medicine (TRIPM) to support researchers studying cancer biology, toxicology, as well as drug screening and discovery. The Sadler lab at NYU Abu Dhabi provided training, the first batch of zebrafish to populate the new system and a warm welcome into the field of zebrafish research.
