Cancellation Policy
Full refunds, less a 10% processing fee, will be granted if submitted by December 16, 2023. No refunds will be granted after December 16, 2023. Cancellation and refund requests should be sent in writing via email to info@izfs.org. Delegates will receive a confirmation and refund within 21 days of receipt of their cancellation notice. Registration is non-transferable.
