All principal investigators interested in attending the Strategic Conference of Zebrafish Investigators must first submit an abstract.
The deadline for late abstract submission is November 9, 2018. We are currently only accepting abstracts for poster presentation. To submit an abstract go to https://www.izfs.org/page/abstract2019PI.
All abstracts will be reviewed by the organizing committee, and individuals will be notified regarding acceptance of their abstract by October 31, at which point they will be sent a link for registration. Be sure to register by November 11 to save $100 on your registration.

The meeting is taking place at the Asilomar Conference Grounds. Asilomar is now sold out, but offsite accommodations are available through Asilomar. Reserve your room through their web site portal

*Offsite registrants are required to cover additional fees charged to others in the lodging fee by Asilomar. If you would also like to have your meals at Asilomar, the cost of food is included in the "Offsite with Meals" registration. For registrants staying on-site at Asilomar, the cost of food will be included in the lodging fee.
Cancellations made in writing and received by December 15 will receive a refund less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations after December 15 will not be refunded. No shows will not be refunded.

You may request reimbursement of all or part of your registration fee, accommodations, and travel. You are not guaranteed of receiving the amount you ask for on the application. The goal is to supplement funding for individuals who would otherwise be unable to attend the meeting. Please make all efforts to secure your own funding.
Please note: Only current members of the Society for Developmental Biology (SDB) members are eligible for SDB funds.
Junior investigators in need are especially encouraged to apply. Additional funding from the Company of Biologists will support early stage investigators (those within five years of their first independent appointment).
