Exhibitor Application

  • 2 Complimentary conference registrations
  • 2 Exhibitor badges
  • Company logo, name, phone number, email, URL and exhibit
    description in the program book given to every attendee
  • Logo with link to be displayed on meeting website
  • 6' table exhibit space in General Sessions and Poster Sessions

Application must include:

  • Application form
  • Payment information
  • Names of company representatives attending meeting
  • 50 word description to be included in Program Book
  • High Resolution jpeg file of company logo

Payment by check should be made payable to the IZFS or charges to Visa, MasterCard or American Express will be accepted.

Exhibitors are expected to have representatives at their tables during the above times. 


Presentation of Products and Services

Exhibits should showcase instruments, products or services used in teaching or research, books or other publications in related scientific fields, computer programs and other products that encourage and support research in areas of genetics represented by IZFS. In keeping with the educational purpose of IZFS meetings, sales and order-taking are discouraged.


Shipping Instructions

Exhibitors are responsible for shipping their exhibit materials. All shipments must go through TRICORD Convention and Exhibit Services, 738 Neeson Road, Marina, CA, 93933. Before shipping materials, fill out the Material Handling form and email to: megan@tricord.net

Insurance

The International Zebrafish Society, the 8th Strategic Conference of Zebrafish Investigators Committee, Asilomar Conference Center and their officers, agents and employees assume no liability for exhibitors' property.  Exhibitors are expected to carry adequate liability and loss insurance to cover possible loss/damage/theft of equipment, displays, personal items or other materials under the supervision of the Exhibitor.


Electrical

There is no decorator for this show. If electrical outlets are needed, contact benglert@izfs.org


Space Cancellation

Space may be canceled by sending a request to benglert@izfs.org. The entire amount paid by the Exhibitor (less transaction fees if paid by credit card) will be refunded if request is received by November 30, 2018.  IZFS will retain 50% of the total paid by the exhibitor for space cancellation requests received on or after December 1.
