What's included in registration
Registration includes the opportunity to submit an abstract, access to all sessions, exhibit and poster hall, welcome reception, refreshment breaks, lunch on January 11-13, and the closing reception on January 13.
Registration Add-Ons
Excursion
The 12th SCZI will host an excursion to Uxmal on January 12 from 7:30am - 1:00pm. The cost includes transportation to and from Uxmal, admission and a guided tour. $70 per registrant. Guests are welcome to join.
Guest Registration
Guest registration is required for any non-registrant (non-scientist spouse, child, etc) who will would like access to the food provided by IZFS during the conference. There are two guest registration options:
Guest Registrant – Full Access Meal Plan - Includes Welcome Reception on January 10, lunch January 11-13, and Closing Banquet January 13.
$250.00 per guest.
Guest Registrant – Banquet Access - Includes Closing Banquet on January 13. $100.00 per guest.
European Zebrafish Society Discount
Members of the European Zebrafish Society, but are not members of the International Zebrafish Society, are offered the member rate for the 12th SCZI! EZS members should select non-member registration and will be prompted later in the online registration process if they are members of the EZS and would like the IZFS member rate.
Cancellation Policy
Full refunds, less a 5% processing fee, will be granted if submitted by December 3, 2026. No refunds will be granted after December 3, 2026. Cancellation and refund requests should be sent in writing via email to info@izfs.org. Delegates will receive a confirmation and refund within 21 days of receipt of their cancellation notice.
Registration is non-transferable.
